We pride ourselves in the quality of our products and we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase.
If you do happen to find a problem with what you have received please contact us within the first 5 days of receiving the product. If you do need to return something, it must be in the post on its way back to us with in 7 business days of you contacting us. Once we receive the faulty product we will then try and replace the order with the same product or similar.
Currency:
All our prices are in Aus dollars. You may however through paypal pay in what ever currency you work in and the difference will be calculated by paypal.
Shipping:
We offer Aust Post shipping. Registered mail carries a tracking number and will allow you to know exactly where your order is on route to you. It also provides a much faster delivery service. Once the order leaves our factory we have no control over the length of time the order takes in arriving at it destination. If your order seems to be lost after you and we have made all reasonable efforts to locate its where abouts and sufficient time has passed to definitely say it is lost, we will ship you a replacement order. If the second order is also lost then we will not ship any more replacement goods. We do reserve the right to ask you to follow up with authorities such as customs (for international orders) which may be holding the order.
